About Aurora Ring

Aurora Ring is owned and operated by SERENITY GROUP.

Throughout this Warranty Policy, references to "Aurora Ring", "we", "our", and "us" refer to SERENITY GROUP.

SERENITY GROUP is responsible for the operation of aurora-ring.com, customer support, order fulfillment, warranty claims, returns, refunds, and related services.

1-Year Limited Warranty Against Manufacturing Defects

Aurora Ring products purchased directly from aurora-ring.com are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies only to defects that arise during normal intended use of the product and are determined by Aurora Ring to be the result of a manufacturing or workmanship defect.

If a covered manufacturing defect is confirmed, Aurora Ring may, at its sole discretion:

• Replace the product with the same model

• Replace the product with a comparable product

This warranty does not provide cash refunds except where required by applicable law.

This warranty is provided in addition to any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

What Is Covered

Examples of manufacturing defects may include:

• Hardware malfunctions occurring during normal intended use

• Charging defects caused by manufacturing faults

• Defective materials or workmanship

• Products that fail to function as intended due to manufacturing issues

• Internal component failures not caused by misuse or accidental damage

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by Aurora Ring.

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, discoloration, or surface wear

• Accidental damage

• Lost or stolen products

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling

• Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations

• Damage caused by third-party accessories, chargers, cables, or equipment

• Water damage resulting from improper use or exposure beyond product specifications

• Battery performance degradation resulting from normal usage over time

• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces not approved by Aurora Ring

• Any issue that is not determined to be a manufacturing defect

How To Submit A Warranty Claim

To request warranty support, please contact Aurora Ring Customer Support before returning any product.

Please include:

• Order Number

• Full Name

• Email Address Used During Purchase

• Description Of The Issue

• Clear Photos Or Videos Showing The Defect

• Any Additional Information Requested By Our Support Team

Providing complete information helps us review claims more efficiently and reduce processing delays.

Warranty Claim Review

All warranty claims are reviewed individually.

Aurora Ring may request additional information, troubleshooting steps, photographs, videos, proof of purchase, or product verification before approving a claim.

Claims that do not meet the requirements of this Warranty Policy may be denied.

Submitting a warranty request does not automatically guarantee approval.

Warranty Resolution

If a warranty claim is approved, Aurora Ring may provide one of the following resolutions:

• Replacement Product

• Comparable Replacement Product

The specific resolution will depend on product availability and the nature of the confirmed manufacturing defect.

Warranty claims approved under this policy are eligible for replacement only and are not eligible for refunds, except where required by applicable law.

Products returned without prior authorization or return instructions may be delayed, refused by the receiving facility, or become ineligible for warranty processing.

Limitation Of Warranty

Except where prohibited by applicable law, this limited warranty is the sole express warranty provided by Aurora Ring.

Aurora Ring disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in this Warranty Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
