We process orders from Monday to Friday. Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase and shipped the following business day. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

We offer worldwide delivery, with an estimated shipping time of 6 to 21 days, depending on your location. Delivery to the USA typically takes between 6 to 21 business days. However, in rare cases,  shipping may take up to 30 days due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will gladly offer you the option to either receive a refund or have the item resent.

Order Changes or Cancellations:

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
