Our 30-day refund policy allows you to return or replace any damaged product. To initiate the process, simply email us at **info@aurora-ring.com** with photographic evidence of any manufacturing defects within 30 days of receiving the item. Please note that we cannot issue refunds without proper photographic evidence, and any requests made after the 30-day period will not be honored.
As for the Aura Smart Ring™, please note that we do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for incorrect sizes. Ensure you choose the right size before purchasing.
We strive to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. However, we are unable to accept returns of used products, even if you simply do not like the product.
Please note that the Aura Smart Ring™ is not a medical device and is not intended to replace medical devices. It should only be used as an additional tool to monitor your health.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizes. The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the original item (if eligible) and make a new purchase for the correct size. Please note that refunds or replacements cannot be issued for the second item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you will receive a refund for the full amount minus an **8.5% processing fee**, credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

Replacements
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, please send us photographic evidence of the issue within 30 days of receiving the item to **info@aurora-ring.com**. Upon approval, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Please note that customers cannot request a refund or a second replacement for the first replacement item.

Incorrect Address and Return to Sender
We are unable to issue refunds for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or delivery failures after attempted delivery. If a product is returned to us, the customer must wait until it arrives back at our facility before we can reship or issue a refund. For reshipping, there will be an additional shipping charge. If the customer opts for a refund, there will be a reinstatement fee of **8.5%**.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at **info@aurora-ring.com** as soon as possible. Once the fulfillment process has begun, we will be unable to cancel the order. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your cancellation request before the order is fulfilled. If the cancellation is successful, we will issue a refund minus a **$2.5 fee**.
