Download the app
Follow the instructions inside the package and download the app (Android 5.0 and above; iOS 10.0 and above). You can find it on the Apple Store or Play Store.
Step 1: Setting Up Your Digital Hub
Grab your smartphone and head to the App Store or Google Play to download the Aurora App. Once the installation is complete, open the app to create your personal account. This account will serve as the secure vault for your biometric data, allowing you to track your progress and health trends over weeks, months, and years.
Step 2: Initializing the Connection
Before pairing, ensure your Aurora Ring is placed firmly on its dedicated charging dock and connected to a power source. While the ring is charging, navigate to your phone’s Bluetooth settings and ensure Bluetooth is turned on. Look for your ring’s unique ID in the list of available devices to establish the initial handshake. Keeping the ring on the charger during this process ensures a stable connection and allows the hardware to "wake up" for its first sync.
Step 3: Activating Your Aurora Ring
With your account ready and Bluetooth active, return to the Aurora App to finalize the setup. You will know the pairing is successful when the LED indicator on your ring pulses with light while resting on the charger. From here, the app and ring will work in perfect harmony, encrypted and synced to your specific profile.
Step 4: Your First Day of Insights
The magic of Aurora begins the moment you slip the ring onto your finger. Unlike traditional trackers that require days of calibration, you will see immediate health insights on your Aurora Hub starting on Day 1. As you go about your morning, the app will begin populating your vitals, offering a real-time look at your body’s readiness and activity levels. This initial data sets the baseline for the deeply personalized wellness journey ahead.
Step 5: Unlocking Your Personal Wellness
The Aurora App gets smarter as it gets to know you. After the first two weeks of consistent wear, the Aurora App will begin delivering highly personalized guides and cycled insights. Instead of generic advice, you will receive tailored recommendations based on your specific recovery patterns, activity levels, and long-term health trends, helping you make the most informed decisions for your body every single day.
Battery Troubleshooting
🪫 Aurora Ring Is Not Charging
- Make sure the ring is properly aligned with the charging dock
- Confirm the dock is connected to power
- Use only the included Type-C cable
- Avoid fast chargers (must be 5V output)
- Try plugging the dock into a computer USB port to test the adapter
Battery Drains Quickly
Battery life depends on usage and typically lasts 3–7 days.
Higher battery use may occur if:
- Manual measurements are taken frequently
- Multiple health features are enabled
- Bluetooth syncing happens often
Even with heavy use, battery life should last at least one full day.
If not, please contact support.
Wearing Your Aurora Ring Correctly
For best accuracy:
- Recommended fingers: index, middle, or ring finger
- Prefer non-dominant hand
- Fit should be snug, not tight
- Sensors must touch the finger pad firmly
- Avoid wearing too loose — this affects heart rate & oxygen data
Use the same finger daily for consistent results.
Blood Pressure Calibration (Accuracy Matters)
Aurora uses AI learning to improve blood pressure accuracy.
Calibration Schedule
- Day 1: Calibrate once
- Day 3: Calibrate again
- Day 7: Calibrate again
- After: Every 7–14 days or if readings feel off
How to Calibrate
- Sit calmly for 5 minutes
- Measure BP using a traditional cuff
- Open Smart Health App → BP Calibration
- Enter the cuff reading and save
Calibration helps train the AI system and improves long-term accuracy.

Wearing Aurora Ring
Wear the ring on your suitable finger, choosing a comfortable size that is neither loose nor tight. It is recommended to wear it on the index finger, middle finger and Ring finger of non dominant hands to better monitor data. When making any measurements, the sensors inside the ring should be tightly attached to the pulp of the finger. Attention: Wearing too loosely can affect the collection of heart rate and blood oxygen, blood pressure, Glucose level and ECG data.
