Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipment details.
Please note: During peak periods, sale events, and public holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time.
You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page.
Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for your tracking information to activate and update.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been processed and dispatched we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Weekends & Public Holidays
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on these days will begin processing on the next available business day.
Delivery Delays
In exceptional circumstances such as customs delays, carrier disruptions, or weather events, delivery may take slightly longer than estimated.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us immediately and we will resolve it by either resending your order or issuing a full refund.
